This software, "OpticLink Pro" (the "Product"), is the exclusive proprietary property of Christopher Istvan. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Christopher Istvan.
2. Use "As-Is"
This Product is provided to you on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Christopher Istvan makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Product's performance, stability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Liability Protection (Hold Harmless)
By using this Product, you explicitly agree that:
- Christopher Istvan shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal proceedings arising from the use or inability to use this software.
- This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, hardware failure, security breaches, or any physical or financial damages resulting from the monitoring of camera feeds.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christopher Istvan from any and all claims, demands, or lawsuits brought by third parties related to your use of the Product.
4. No Distribution
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute this software without express written permission from Christopher Istvan.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales of "OpticLink Pro" licenses are final. Because our software is downloadable and digitally delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. We encourage all users to thoroughly review the features and compatibility requirements prior to making a purchase.
6. Acceptance
Your continued use of the "OpticLink Pro" application constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
